People usually laugh when I recommend that they purchase a game called "Cashflow 101" that was created by Robert Kiyosaki. I have played this game about five times, and every time I play, I sharpen my investment skills, and learn how OPM is my favorite acronym in the world. Using Other Peoples Money is critical to creating wealth. My first time playing, I was so fearful of borrowing from the bank, at 10% interest, and having to pay that back. But, the Market cards on the board game will produce buyers for your businesses, for your stock, for your real estate. I have learned that the key to business is cashflowing it and there will be holding costs on your money. The key is to buy properties with great ROI (Return On Investment), and buy businesses with great cashflow. j
I played this game with my parents, who are very conservative investors, and I could see that their programming, their mindset, I saw them grab small deal, after small deal. I heard my mother say to herself "if I borrow from the bank, and owe money, I won't be able to sleep at night." I laughed in amazement, and knew exactly why my parents needed this game about thirty years ago! All in all, this is a great investment, and worth the money!
